Our Rest & Restore sound bath invites you to lie down, soften and allow the body and mind to gently unwind through sound.
There is nothing you need to do and no prior experience is needed. All that is asked of you is to arrive, settle and allow yourself to rest, restore and return to yourself.
Location: This session takes place at 7Temples | Fine Feather Wellness, 8 Third Avenue, Hove, BN3 2PX.
Spaces are intentionally limited to 12 people to keep the experience calm and personal.
