our story

soundcircle was founded by Sian Feldman, born from a personal journey back to self.

Over time, life gathered momentum; a full-time career, motherhood, commitments and a mind that rarely switched off. Like many people, I was outwardly functioning and achieving, while inwardly feeling disconnected from myself. It wasn’t until I attended my first sound bath that I experienced something different - a moment of stillness that cut through the constant noise.

Through sound, I discovered something I hadn’t realised was missing: the ability to slow down enough to hear myself again. It became a way to return to my body, my inner being and a quieter, steadier sense of self, a place of deeper listening and understanding. Sound offered rest without effort and presence without pressure.

What began as a personal practice soon became something I felt deeply called to share. soundcircle is an extension of this lived experience.

It is not about performance, transformation, or becoming someone new. It is about creating calm, intentional spaces where people can rest, restore and return to themselves, often in ways they didn’t realise they needed. Each soundcircle session is guided with care, integrity and respect for the individual journey of every person in the room.

In a world that constantly asks more of us, soundcircle exists to offer an invitation to pause and to simply be.
